Tos

  • The artist has the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

  • All commissions will have a subtle watermark or signature that may not be removed.

  • Commissions and personal work are for private use only, no commercial use permitted without consent.

  • All commissions will be started after payment, including the sketch stage. After the first agreed upon sketch the client no longer has rights to a refund.

  • The client may not send payment before the artist agrees to the commission and has confirmed the slot.

  • The client may receive up to three (3) chances (with watermark included) to finalize any major changes they want made. Afterwards, drastic changes may cost an extra design fee.

  • Commissions may require one to three weeks to complete (dependent on size and/or queue).

  • All rights to the artwork, commission or otherwise, are still owned by the artist as the creator/designer after completion.

  • If the client for any reason does not want their commission posted to social media, please let the artist know in advance.

  • I, the artist, give no permission for my work to be used in any AI (artificial intelligence) works.

Personal project: LIL

Left In Limbo is a novel I've been working on since 2018, and its sequel since 2022, lying between the genres of star-crossed romance and paranormal horror. Whether this project becomes a series of completely illustrated comics or written novels with some chosen illustrated pages is undecided.
Note: the concept art below is very dated, but provides a good reference for the early beginnings. Some further content can be spotted throughout the website.
